Nemesis

Nemesis is one of the second wave of Ocean Masters hired by Three Rings and is now employed by Grey Havens.
She is the goddess (not god!) of retribution. Nemesis can be found with one of her familiars: Her red monkey Minion, her tan monkey Peon, her black octopus Lackey, her yellow and grey parrot Cohort, and her grey and yellow parrot Expendable Crewmate.
Mythology
Nemesis is the Greek goddess of divine retribution against those who succumb to hubris.
