They can be purchased at your local palace shoppe during Easter season. All eggs can be held in portraits.

Ringer Eggs

The following eggs are not available at the palace shoppe. These eggs have been designed to resemble various Ringers.

As Apollo has stated:

"These will only be given out by the Ringer they portray, and the means and reasons for giving them out are entirely at each individual's discretion. As with OM dolls, please don't ask OMs for eggs."

So do not ask an Ocean Master or other Ringer for a special egg. You will not get one.
