The Widow Queen is one of the original five Brigand Kings introduced to the game in April 2006. Like most brigand kings, she can be fought in either a swordfight or rumble. She is captain of the crew Silken Sirens and Queen of the flag Black Veil on all English oceans. On the Opal Ocean she is known as Die Witwen-Königinand is captain of the crew Seidene Sirenen and Queen of the flag Schwarzes Netz. On the Jade Ocean, she is called La Reina Viuda, and is captain of the crew Sirenas de seda and queen of the flag Velo Negro.

Note: While there have been posts in the forum done under the guise of the Brigand Kings, these are unofficial postings made by players that are not Ocean Masters or any other Three Rings staff and are not approved.

In battle

The Widow Queen's swabbies are all female and wear a grey bandana with a red hourglass on it(much like the black widow spider).

Engagement chants:

Watch your back! The devilishly beautiful Widow Queen and her deadly crew of lady pirates have spotted you!
The Widow Queen says, "What have we here, a nice morsel trapped in my web? Fear not, it will all be over soon."

Disengagement chant:

The Widow Queen says, "This is going nowhere fast. Should you stumble into my web again I should hope you have more of a fight in you."

Grappling chant:

The Widow Queen says, "Easy now, this won't hurt a bit... it will hurt a lot. Draw your blades ladies, it's time."

Death chant:

The Widow Queen says, "Fight for your Queen, ladies, fight on! Destroy the swine that dare challenge a sea goddess!"

Defeat chants:

The Widow Queen says, "Curse you, curse you all! Ladies, retreat back to the shadows, this day is not ours..."
The Widow Queen says, "Very well, I shall give each of yer dedicated hands one <''Insert trinket name''> in ransom for my release."

Victory chant:

The Widow Queen says, "What your hold needs is a woman's touch. You'll get that at least, as we can't go about taking every bit of treasure you have without actually touching it."

This isle has fallen under the sway of the Widow Queen, the most fearsome beauty on the seas. New arrivals would be well advised to present a lavish gift to the queen posthaste to curry her favor.
