The Vampire class sloop is a limited edition ship available from shipyards in September (and late August) 2012. It was available on the Obsidian Ocean in October 2018. The design and layout is quite a bit different from a normal sloop. Each vampire sloop comes with a vampire NPP, who remains aboard the ship permanently. This NPP does not count as a crew member.

Vampire class ships have one of the following adjectives when delivered: Alluring, Amaranthine, Bitten, Caped, Cimmerian, Creeping, Enshrouded, Eventide, Everlasting, Fanged, Fiendish, Gloaming, Gothic, Hemic, Hunting, Immortal, Nightborn, Nocturnal, Reflectionless, Sanguine, Sepulchral, Sparkly, Stygian, Thirsty, Twilight, or Vermillion.
