The Gingerbread class war brig is a limited edition ship which was available for purchase from shipyards only in December 2010. The layout differs from a normal war brig.

Gingerbread class ships have one of the following adjectives in their names: Appetizing, Candied, Crumbly, Delectable, Delicious, Doughy, Flavorful, Fresh-baked, Gingery, Mouthwatering, Scrumptious, Spiced, Sugary, Sweet, Tasty, or Yummy.

Rooms and furnishings

A Gingerbread class war brig has six scenes: The bakery, the cabin, the fore crow's nest, the main crow's nest, the main deck, and the galley.

The ship comes pre-painted with red railings, lime sideboards and a tan (unpainted) hull. The total paint required to recolor the brig is 583 units. Repainting the ship recolors scenery items such as the candy canes and the giant gumdrops.
