Purging

Purging is what happens when a pirate account is deleted due to inactivity. It takes at least six weeks to get purged.

Purging Prevention

The following actions are known to protect the pirates on an account from purging for an unlimited amount of time:

• Buying a subscription with real money
• Buying doubloons with real money
• Activating the CD key from the Box edition [1]
• Buying the StARRter Kit (no longer possible)
