A manager of a shoppe, a stall, or a house is someone who manages the shoppe, stall, or house, along with any other managers and/or the owner. Only the owner may add or remove managers. Potential managers must be logged in at the time an owner wishes to add them. This prevents an owner from adding his or her own alts as managers.

Managers have full power to administer the shoppe, stall, or house. Owners should only pick highly trusted players as managers, as it is possible for a manager to remove all the commodities and PoE from the stall.

Managers in houses are called roommates.

There are limits to the number of managers for shoppes and stalls:

• 5 - Shoppe (biggest)
• 2 - Deluxe stall
• 1 - Medium stall
• 0 - Small stall (smallest)

There are also limits to the number of roommates for houses:

• 5 - Estate (biggest)
• 5 - Mansion
• 4 - Villa
• 4 - Manor
• 3 - Townhouse
• 3 - Row House
• 2 - Cottage
• 2 - Bungalow
• 1 - Cabin
• 1 - Shack (smallest)
