Fleet Officer- Trusted by all officers not to rob vessels or to abandon ships at sea or leaving them at uncolonized island(unless foraging) Must stay for at least 4 weeks
Senior Officer- Trusted by EVERYONE and to set good example to lead

1)ASK FOR PTB ( permission to board) form Sloop to Longship;PTB not need for larger vessel.If not, here comes the plank!
