Promotion Requirements
Cabin person- No such thing(ye will be pirate unless ye commit offence then ye be cabin for 1 week).
Officer- At least Narrow in Duty navigation and battle navigation (ye can go on navy mission(Navigate With the Navy;Defeat Brigands)by getting Broad in Sailing, Bilging, Carpentry, and Gunning.
Fleet Officer- Trusted by all officers not to rob vessel or to abandon ships at sea and to restock them when pilly ends
Senior Officer- A respectable stats; being trusted by me and SOs, u must show leadership and willingness to help out crew... As such it is very hard to obtain.
Training for Officer and above- just ask me and we will schedule your training... Training is offered to one and all. all you have to do is ask (cost 500poe for restocking;any extra leftover will be return back to ye)

Rules
Obey well to this rules and it will be fun and easy to be rich!
1)ASK FOR PTB ( permission to board) form Sloop to Long ship;PTB not need for larger vessel.If not, here comes the plank!
2)Please be polite and be respectful to (SO,captain and the commanding officer).
3)No sf, rumble, fight tournment when at sea. Only at port.
4)No stealing goods from unlocked vessels.
5)No shouting unless SO,captain and the commanding officer OR necessary.
6)MIN VULGURITES! or face demotion and planking.
7)No asking for poe without vaild reasons.
8)Please regsiter all vessels with the captain. Crew shops: Niffun Clothes stall on Aimuari island
Private Statement
We welcome one and all to crew. Training is given all you have to do is ask. We are here to make loads of poe, great friends and learn together.... We are small now but we will grow to become a huge crew.... All i ask from you as my crew is to be loyal and treat each other with respect if you have a problem please feel free to address it with me. I am here for all of you no matter what. I am here everyday so all issues will be resolved very quickly........ I wish to ask all to respect EVERYONE in crew and to PLEASE tell the captain or SO onboard if you need to laze or if you will be AFK.. I also ask if you are going to be busy or gone for more then a couple minutes to PLEASE jump ship and tell us to save your spot and you can return to ship when done.....
