For controlling the Table of Contents (ToC):

• Use __NOTOC__ to suppress displaying the ToC.
• Use __FORCETOC__ to mandate displaying the ToC (and to control its vertical placement).
• Use {{TOCright}} to move the ToC over to the right.

Sloops per Rename

When considering whether or not to rename a ship, I find it useful to ask myself, "For the cost of renaming this one ship, how many sloops could I rename instead, at the same price?"...

1. Minimum is the fewest number of Pirates (i.e. Players) needed in order to have Influence.
2. Total stations, not including the helm / including the helm. Also, some ships have more stations than berths.
3. Shots is the number of shots (per side) allowed per turn-segment.
4. Moves is the number of movements allowed per turn.
5. Firepower is measured in small-shot equivalent per turn-segment (i.e.: "Cannon Size" times "Number of Shots per Turn-Segment").
6. Damage is measured in small-shot equivalent (fractional amounts have been rounded upwards).

Ocean Merge

(Format is "Western_Part + Eastern_Part = New_Combined_Form")

• Cobalt/Viridian + Midnight = Cerulean
• Malachite + Cobalt/Viridian = Meridian
• Sage/Jade + Hunter/Opal = Emerald
