Deedswapping

Deedswapping refers to the act of trading a ship deed from one pirate to another pirate in order to change the crew or flag ownership of the ship, or to allow another pirate to chart a course.
Purposes:
- Enable/disable the risk of sinking in war, by transferring the ship in or out of a flag at war.
- Enable/disable whether a ship can port at a warring flag's island during war.
- Change whether a ship can port dockside during a blockade.
- (not confirmed) Change whether a ship can score points in the middle of a blockade.
- Chart a course for a ship when the owner of ship does not have the course memorized nor holds charts to do so.
