Estate agent
An estate agent is a building placed on a colonized island. It is used for shoppe upgrades and downgrades and is generally owned and managed by the flag governing the island. After an island is fully colonized, the estate agent is used sparingly.

The building requires 160 units of wood, 7500 units of stone, 60 units of iron, and 60 units of tan cloth to start construction. It also requires 600 hours of basic labor, 100 hours of skilled labor, and 100 hours of expert labor to complete construction. It cannot be built before two bazaars have been constructed. It must be built before upgrading the fort to a palace.
