How do I know when my subscription will run out?

I've been looking everywhere for a tab, or a place online to find out when my subscription will need to be renewed and I haven't found anywhere that'll tell me. I've asked my crew and some random subscribers I found on islands and they didn'y have an answer for me either. Will I be given an advanced warning or anything before the day comes? Will I lose subscriber privillages and positions the instant that the subscription runs out? Help!? :S

Go to the Puzzle Pirates home page, click on Account on the top, and log in with the account in question. Click on Go to billing system, verify your password, and then it will say Paid up until <Insert date here> --Piplicus 05:44, 5 November 2005 (PST)

can i sell the golden brain or is it something you keep forever?

Trinkets like the golden brain are untradeable, but a future update should allow them to be displayed in Display cases.^[1]

ice testing

i have downloaded the ice program but it will not install. states that there is a missing resource. to visit thesupport section but i am unable to find it. please help.

my account is banned and i dont know why. i can't even make a new account and try to play. my account that is banned is magiklynx, i created this account becouse i wanted to play this really cool game but then i found out i couldn't. why? and why is my account banned?

My husband deleted some things on the computer to make it faster. My puzzle pirates games became really slow and didnt work right, so, he went back and reset it back the way it was, supposedly. Then, I couldn't even get the sign on screen to come up. I tried loging on from different locations on the computer, it didnt work. I uninstalled and reinstalled. I still cant get a sign in screen to come up. What can I do ?

Memming routes.

You'll need the play the navigation puzzle. If you pass over the league point, with a fine or better rank on the duty report, you'll get an invisible point for the league. server error on login

Hi I logged off before your server update on the 24 nov and when I tried to log back in later that night it told me you were overloaded. So I tried again today (25) and it tells me theres a server error and I cant log in yet I can log in to ask you about it!! Whats going on? PLease get back to me as soon as possible Im losing valuable pillaging time!!!

can i change me name??

Hi i wondered if there was a way i could change or shorten me name?? I first logged in with a bit of a joke name but now i subscribed and wanted it either change it a little ir shorten it te stop me being a bit of a sea joke. any help would be great except one that says create a new pirate!!!!

login problems

hi, when i try log on a message comes up saying 'LOGON FAILED: A SERVER ERROR CAUSED AUTHENTICATION TO FAIl' what does this mean? and how do i logon now?

My screen will load a 100%, then it will say something about renameing probablems. Help?plz?

i, banned and need help

i need help cause im banned from my faviourate game of all time, i know why i'm banned but the thing is i destroyed my account thinking if i created a new account i would be able to play on it.. oh yeah in case your wondering this was about 3weeks ago and it is now 27/11/05 it was a 2 day ban... but more to the point with the new account i created when i try to log in it says i cant because my computers tainted with a banned account... so now i dont know how i will be able to play on it... please help me... yours sincerely... You cannot make officer on subscription oceans without being subscribed. On doubloon oceans, you need an officer's badge to be promoted. For the billing info, you need to go to the PP billing info screen, where you can register, pay, etc.--Gloraelin 16:59, 28 November 2005 (PST)

Sea Battle Navigating ...

When I pass my mouse over the nav tiles in Sea Battle, and sequence of numbers flashes (0,0,1,0,0). Do these have any meaning? What do they mean?

Box Edition Question

If you are already a subscribed member, and you buy the box edition, can you get one of the special rewards(Such as a Backsword)without having to create a new account. I've been subscribed for a while but just recently found out about the rewards you can get for having the box.I don't want to delete my account but i would like to have a backsword or special hat.

Yup. The box edition comes with a CD key which can be redeemed at https://billing.puzzlepirates.com/billing/redeem_cdkey.wm.
