Trophies
I'm sorry, but the trigger for a Golden Gun is something other than #1 experience. If you check the top experience on Midnight, that player does not have the trophy. --Barrister 23:28, 13 November 2006 (PST)
- And now I've reverted your change to the Flag Bearer. If you think the page is in error, then take it to Talk:Trophy. But adding a question mark doesn't really help. Please let me know if you have questions. --Barrister 00:26, 14 November 2006 (PST)
Wanted pages
As you're adding wanted pages to the YPPedia there is a new option available for flag and crew pages. You can enter |flagid= or |crewid= in the template and fill in the appropriate number and this will link to the current in-game info page. The best way to find this number is to go to the info page of a crew or flag member and follow the link to the crew or flag. You can see how this works on Vilya and Dread Ringers. Leave me a message if you need some more information.--Fiddler 08:08, 19 January 2007 (PST)
- Also, you may wish to use the Basic pirate template to assist in the creation of pirate pages. --Thefirstdude 10:23, 14 February 2007
ocean links
Ahoy! Please note that the correct way to link to Sakejima Island (Viridian) is {{viridian|Sakejima Island}} not [[Viridian|Sakejima Island]]. Hope this helps. --Barrister 15:18, 22 January 2007 (PST)
id's
how did u find the crew id i need to update my crew to show it, and wow u didnt have to update all the other crews in the flag they dont use yppedia much i just made the page so the links wernt red
Reply ;)
Thanks for your help. I'll edit to clarify it, it's actually not an alt, Rivqa is a new account she has to use instead now but is more known as Rifka. Reason there are more than one page is because Rifka already has links to her as a royal of our old disbanned flag. Rivqa is linked from our current SO's listed in our crew. ;) I'm new at this messages stuff... this is from tarajayne
User warning templates
Ahoy! I have noticed that whenever you leave a warning message on a user's talk page, you leave the template directly. Although not necessarily bad, it seems to be common practice to use {{Subst:templatename}}. -- Thefirstdude 11:07, 28 February 2007 (PST)
Re:User talk:Doriiiiiiiii
It's her user: space, she can do with it as she wishes so long as she isn't breaking the Terms of Service.--Fiddler 08:26, 6 March 2007 (PST)
New pirate articles
When creating new pirate articles don't assume that any familiars that pirate owns were won by them. I can find no reference to Ivdripper having won the familiar she wears.--Fiddler 21:44, 8 March 2007 (PST)
- BAH! That's what I get for rushing. Missed that point and the stubs :( -- Cedarwings (t/c) 22:30, 8 March 2007 (PST)
Admin
The big block of admin power has been dropped on you...enjoy! ;) --Thunderbird 17:45, 9 March 2007 (PST)
Horizon's Edge
Ahoy! May I ask why you re-added the stub category to the afforemntioned page. I added all that I thought necessary to eliminate the stub category, however if there are other items that you feel need to be added could you please let me know. Thanks. -- Roranor 13:07, 10 March 2007 (PST)

thank you for helping me. :) I will remember that next time I redo my page. Sorry to make you work harder. Hellsbelle
Scene images
Will do, thanks for the tip! Tarajayne 10:58, 19 March 2007 (PDT)
Blocking
Don't forget to leave a note on the user's page after you block them advising that they reconsider their erroneous behavior during that time. :) --Guppymomma 15:47, 23 March 2007 (PDT)
- Sure thing! I had a feeling I missed something. -- Cedarwings (t/c) 15:49, 23 March 2007 (PDT)
Infobox crew portraits
Thank you so much!! Would it be possible, by the way, to ask you to make the same changes to the respective (dormant) templates? They won't need the sub-templates. Thanks again :) -- Thefirstdude (t/c) 00:26, 25 March 2007 (PDT)
- Hmm... well... doesn't seem there's anything that can be done except make people use Firefox like they should ;) IE seemed to have other rendering issues with the Wiki stuff as well, so I don't think it's too concerning. I would greatly appreciate it if you could implement this on the remaining three pages (Infobox flag, Infobox flag(dormant), Infobox crew(dormant)). Thanks! -- Thefirstdude (t/c) 18:15, 27 March 2007 (PDT)
Noinclude
Ah yes, thank you. --Featherfin 12:38, 13 May 2007 (PDT)
Template:Infobox pirate
Well, now that my updates to Infobox pirate have finally been implemented, naturally a bug has come out. It's not major, just slightly annoying. It is due to me not having tested it with things in the custom field before. Before your head explodes, the problem is that the space that used to be between the bottom-most Yoweb box and the |custom= has disappeared. This looks rather odd, as seen here. There are two possible solutions, one far better than the other. One is taking <div style="margin: 10px 10px 10px 10px"></div>
and putting it at the bottom of each of the /yoweb/# pages. This is a bad idea for two reasons: 1)code redundancy, and 2) it screws up on pages with more than one pirate. So uhm the better solution is to put it just below the end of the pirate6 stuff in the main {{Infobox pirate}} (Usage) template.I was hoping you'd be willing to do this. Thanks :) -- Thefirstdude (t/c) 16:58, 21 May 2007 (PDT)
- All fixed.--Fiddler 17:13, 21 May 2007 (PDT)
- Woohoo! I'm extremely happy! Now to continue converting all those rank boxes... -- Thefirstdude (t/c) 17:29, 21 May 2007 (PDT)
- Yay! You're really awesome for doing all those! Thanks so much! -- Thefirstdude (t/c) 11:22, 27 May 2007 (PDT)

Botting
Hoy there! I've botted you since it seems like you're knee-deep in updating pages for the new pirate template. Let me knoe when you're done and I'll de-bot. :) --Ponytailguy 15:11, 26 May 2007 (PDT)
Haywoodx Move
Thank you for the assistance.--Biliter01 17:26, 26 May 2007 (PDT)
Re: Re: User:Azackattack
Ok thanks mate, I was confused and thought it was a pirate page.
BOYK
Can you fix this BOYK?--Biliter01 07:34, 28 May 2007 (PDT)
- All fixed. In an infobox an ocean name does not need a set of [[ ]] around it. That was the biggest problem there. -- Cedarwings (t/c) 07:47, 28 May 2007 (PDT)
Custom Signature
Ahoy, I was ingame verifying information and asked you to help with my signature the other day. I appreciate all your help and what better place to test it than a thank you note, eh?-- Haywoodx(t/c) 22:35, 31 May 2007 (PDT)
Crew infobox date templates
Ooops. I did not realize that was the case. When I realized that the defunct crew list hadn't been updated for the past two months I went hunting for other months that had been missed and silly me began looking with January 2006. I have taken on the task of updating all the out of date crew pages and had it down to about 231 when I discovered that I needed to look at updates for January and February and Doh! it's back up to 407. >.< At any rate Now I know to just check the recent months since I know those templates are all up to date. --Kgarrett1969 06:26, 2 June 2007 (PDT)
Messages to users

My Trinket Template
Ok I see that Azarbads trinkets are not yet set up to use My Trinket. I have a Red jeweled dagger and would love to help contribute to setting up the trinkets. I also know an owner of a Violet one and a Yellow one to get it going. What needs to be done to set it up? Where do the images go? In what format do they need to be? Give me some guidance and I'll see about helping out with them and other trinkets not yet on the wiki. --Kgarrett1969 07:39, 10 June 2007 (PDT)
Re: Re: Lynzerlot
Thanks Cedar! Upon rereading the comments I left, I realize the tone I set was not what I intended. I did not mean to imply that I was planning on doing anything that would fall outside of the YPPedia policies and guidelines. In fact, the flag event is a trial run to make sure we can use YPPedia (as it is intended) for a future ocean-wide event. I'm deleting the comments, as they are irrelevant. --Lynzerlot 14:48, 15 June 2007 (PDT)
Re: Coriolano
Sorry for flooding the Recent changes page. I was just having trouble understanding the style guide and stuff.
Heart of Greed
Ahoy mate. Could you take a moment to look at Heart of Greed and help me understand why there is still a broken infobox template showing? Thanks, -- Haywoodx(t/c) 14:57, 20 June 2007 (PDT)
Michel36
I couldn't help but notice user talk:michel36 blanking your warning about editing frequency. I am only bringing this to your attention as I was wondering the official stance on doing so.-- Haywoodx(t/c) 20:42, 26 June 2007 (PDT)
- It's fine. It's visible in the history if an admin needs to check for a prior record of warnings. --Guppymomma 20:46, 26 June 2007 (PDT)
Trinkets
Hey thanks for editing my page. I do have 2 trinkets I would like to add to it, if you could help me out on that.

Reverts
Now it appears you are just reverting my edits to be reverting edits. There is nothing unacceptable with the spelling change even IF organising was recognized as a word. -- Haywoodx(t/c) 22:42, 1 August 2007 (PDT)
- I have to say here what I said on Haywoodx's talk page: organise is not listed as a word in the OED (I was redirected to organize), and Merriam-Webster did the same. However, there was no need to get personal. I have changed it back to organize. -- Thefirstdude (t/c) 04:35, 2 August 2007 (PDT)
Malattia
Huh, shame on me. To be honest, it was my first time to writing (not only editing already existing text). I did't know variety of thing and that all my editing are show! :) If you ever see any grammar/speling mistakes please correct it - Polish is sooo different than English. Sorry for bothering you, I'll try to do my best next time. Malattia (t/c) 00:08, 3August 2007 (PDT)
RE: Needed Trinket Images
Thanks, I'll probably hop in and screen shot them tomorrow. I'm making some good progress gathering all the flowers with cards. --Muffynz 22:46, 9 August 2007 (PDT)
Re: Serenity page
okay... but we were only doing what the pages Beyond the Sea (Hunter) and EAC were doing. So...gallerys aren't allowed?
portrait images
A couple of comments about cropped portrait images. First, please indicate which pirate's gallery the image came from. That way, if a newer version needs to be taken, someone else can find it. Second, when possible, please try to use the same size as the surrounding images. This is especially important on the portrait clothing and item pages. Thanks! --Barrister 16:52, 9 September 2007 (PDT)
