Dylancecka was a senior officer of the crew Ill Omen and a lord of the flag The Dark Elite Killers. He sailed the Sage Ocean.

Biography
Dylancecka was washed onto the Caravanserai Island, on Febuary of 2007. Within minutes of his arrival he was on his very first pillage with the crew, Weardy Beardys. During his first pillage he spent most of his time sailing. After the pillage was over, Tombor, an officer of Weardy Beardys, invited him to join the crew, which he accepted. After being inducted into Weardy Beardys, he met a fine young pirate named Missmatey. Missmatey helped him to become the pirate he was, by giving him tips and hints on how to do all the piracy skills. Dylan pillaged over and over again until his stats were good enough to be an officer himself. After becoming an officer in Weardy Beardys he learned how to run a pillage and perform Battle Navigation.
With the skills he gained from Weardy Beardys, Dylancecka moved on to create his own crew called Psychological Warfare, the crew quickly grew. After a short leave of absence he returned to find his crew was down to where it had began. Dylan then began to hire and pillage again, but he once again had to take a leave of absence.
When he got back it once again was where he started, this time he decided he would merge his crew so he talked to mates and decided he would merge with Captainherky and his crew of Anxiety. After Anxiety got to noted they joined Princes of the Universe. After a month or so of that. They decided to make a new crew and merge anxiety to it. The crew was called The City of Atlantis. They made a flag shortly after called The Goverment. They rapidly grew. And participated in many blockades. It all came to a quick stop when the king and captain was banned, for an apparently fake reason. Captaiherky then became captain and they once again rose to power and attacked T-N-T. But withdrew in the 4th round, that was the last anyone ever saw of The Goverment.
