The gaff is one of sixteen bludgeon types used in rumbling. It can be purchased at shipyards. On subscription oceans, this bludgeon may be used by non-subscribers and does not include a delivery fee on doubloon oceans.

This bludgeon is considered an alternate to bare fists. Its strike pattern is literally 1 ball different from the bare fists. However, since the gaff's sprinkle pattern contains more colors than the fist's sprinkle pattern, the gaff does much worse than the fists against people that can strike well.
