What is a Sea Monster Hunt?
A Sea Monster Hunt is a voyage to any Atlantean Outpost to fight the Triketos, Gorgonyx, and Archleon (more commonly known as Atlantean Monsters) and Treasure Haul to get PoE and treasure chests.

What can I get from a Sea Monster Hunt?
Just about everything but a ship, badges (if on a doubloon ocean), or ... wait, those are the only 2 things!

Can you get rare items?
Yes, Rare items you could recieve are things such as:
- Atlantean Colored Clothing
- Atlantean Helmets
- Atlantean Trinkets
- Atlantean Furniture

Key to running a successful Atlantean Exploration
The Key is to have a few things,
- Make sure you have a GM+ Bnavver
- Make sure you have GM+ Gunners
- Make sure if you're on a War Frigate (which is my suggestion unless the crew is elite) to have 75 people or on a War Brig, 30 people... You can also use the sloop technique but you have to have all Elites.
- Make sure you have other officers on board to help you get people going where they need to.
- Have a good strategy, have X people defend and have X people do duty stations while the defenders are defending.

If you decide to run a Sea Monster Hunt, usually 1 of 2 things happens:
- You stay in there for 3 -5 hours and earn 100-500k in the hold plus hundreds of chests and lockers and TBs
- Go in there and sink within the first 10 minutes
So you understand that if you want a pegleg or other injury, hope for the second one, if you wanna be rich, go for number 1.
