Phoenix Foundation is a crew that sails the Viridian Ocean. The crew currently flies the flag of Relinquo Angelus.

History
Phoenix Foundation was founded on 20 May, 2006 by Macgyver. The crew's name came from the television series of MacGyver. This isn't the MacGyver from the television program The Simpsons but from the official MacGyver series. In the program Macgyver was a intelligent person who could basically build a bomb out of a piece of gum, and his place of employment was the Phoenix Foundation.
By June of 2007 Macgyver had stepped down from leadership and left the crew, leaving Reason to lead the crew as captain.
Public Statement
We are a small dependable crew of loyal pirates, playing for fun and profit - let any officer know if you are interested in joining the crew.
We love our flag this is where we will stay for a while! Any unsolicited flag invitation will merit a war declaration.

Crew Articles
- Do not beg: Do not beg for money, for items, for people to trade with you or for a particular station. You will be planked. If you are already a crew member, you will be expelled.
- Do not leave DURING battle: There are very few exceptions to this rule so please if you really MUST go tell the OIC (officer in charge) why and request permission. DO NOT LEAVE unless you receive permission or you will get -1 on the booty and it may be a long time before you pillage with us again. Also, if you need to leave any other time during a pillage, please let us know as far in advance as possible so we can find a replacement.
- Have lots of fun and make lots of PoE
Promotion Requirements
- Cabin Person: Just ask to join.
- Pirate: You need to have at least 3[Narrows in the Piracy Puzzles. However stats in Rumbleing and Swordfighting are excluded.
- Officer: You need to have at least 2 Broads and 2 Solids in Piracy Puzzles.However this time rumbling is excluded but Sword Fighting isn't. Also you need a broad in Battle Navigation.
- Fleet officer: You need to have a solid in all Piracy Puzzles however you cannot have any ables and have the trust of the Captain. Also you must pass a Battle Navigation test and own your own ship.
- Senior Officer: You need good stats and the trust of the captain and the crew. Don't ask to become this rank as the Captain will promote you to it when he feels you are ready.
