Portrait uploads

Ahoy, I just got a portrait and I am wondering how I upload it to my pirate page on YPP.

The second link up from the bottom on the right hand side toolbar is labled Upload File. Click it. Browse for the file on your computer and tell Wiki to upload it to Pirates-Yourpiratename then add {{portrait image}} to the big box at the bottom.

Then, go to your pirate page, and, if it hasn't already got an infobox go to Template:Infobox pirate and follow the instructions there. --Angelbeaver ^(talk) 04:42, 1 October 2006 (PDT)

I done that, I uploaded it and added the Info box template and it deformes the page and does not show up :S

There you go! You had two minor problems - First, the portrait image was mislabeled. The template looks for Pirates-Holograph.jpg, but you tried Portraits-Holograph.jpg and Pirates-Holograph.PNG so it was unable to find the image. Also, the leftover variables in the template were causing it not to work. You can take a look here to see what I changed. --Zava 05:25, 4 October 2006 (PDT)

Hi how long does it take for 1500 poe to be paid out for referring a friend? Also how long b4 the friend gets the 500poe ? for joining Thanks Willowcat

Castor trinket, and I messed up the start too.

Please could someone help me with my Pirate page? http://yppedia.puzzlepirates.com/Chocorose I seem to have messed up the start, and I can't find how to get the immage of Castor doll on the trinket part. Thank you ^_^

Failed to Initialize Problem

When I click on the Puzzle Pirates Icon on my computer it comes up with:

Avast! We failed to initialize the game:

null

Some horrible disagreement between the game and your computer must have taken place and your computer won the battle.

I have re-installed and reloaded it but it still does the same thing. I've been playing for about 2 years now and this hasn't happened before.

Please help me!

Event blockade documentation

I seem to be having a search-fu-snafu tonight... either I can't find any documentation of the new event blockade feature after almost a week (it's not under blockade, governor, or event blockade that I saw), or I can't find where to go to suggest a feature be documented by someone in a position to actually try it out.
