Prior to the ocean merge in early 2012, the building was located on the Viridian Ocean. It was erected in November, 2006. Previous names of this building during its time on the Viridian Ocean include United Oar Divided, Rowboat Inc, Sea Monster Sinkables, The Shrine of the Ancient Mariner and Heroes to Zeroes (named thus by Seepnah after RiddleMakers defeated Chocolate Coated on March, 28, 2009 in Spectre XVI). Former owners of this building on Viridian include Delinet.
