Inner Strength is a crew that flies the flag Undivided Souls on the Emerald Ocean and was founded by Zeoforce on the Hunter Ocean on November 28, 2008.

Ranks and promotions

(We do not grade on stats or experience persay, but rather on who you are and how you conduct yourself as a person and as a pirate of puzzles, and the willingness to approve on such)

Cabin person

Punishment Rank and starting rank for any and all alts. If one who offended crew, just follow guidelines and learn from mistake can recover, if able. For alts, once you show a willingness to commit to crew, even if it is a secondary pirate will that person rise up in rank and will not move up until proven so.

Pirate*

Starting rank for main pirates. Anyone who joins crew is given this rank if their skills and personal style isnt fitting for an I.S. Officer.

Officer*

A rank that shows that they are able to bear the crew and flag name with pride and distinction and shown true skill. Can be attained through previous experience and/or ship and learning the policies and procedures of the crew, and a upstanding fellow. Given within a week's time**.

Fleet officer*

Has shown leadership when called upon and has earned the trust and loyalty that comes with the rank. Only special cases will recieve this rank straight away. Attained after two weeks after the O rank has been gained**.

Senior officer

The embodiment of the crew's soul and the hilt of the crew's sword. Must maintain the respect and uphold the honor of which the crew has built for itself for they are the Watchmen (and women) of the crew and keep the standard. No set time for this and very few special cases get this straight away.

Captain

This rank requires you to give Zeoforce 4 familiars of his choice, a large amount of PoE and Dubloons, a couple ships, Then for you to merge with the new crew Zeoforce makes off the MONEY he sponged out of you ;)

* For those who aren't sea-goers and prefer stall work, a special system is set in place for labor workers and shall translate to rank on a case to case basis

** The set time is only a projected interval for ascension and in no way is a concrete definition for time served and is under the discretion of the Captain and the current Officers of the crew.
