Furshizzle's Pittsburgh Party (June 2007)

Please note that this party is an unofficial gathering for which Three Rings is not responsible.

What: Furshizzle's 4th party - and likely LAST party

When: June 22nd - June 24th (check-in time is 12pm Friday - check-out time 10pm Sunday)

Where: Brier Hill, PA ( 60 miles southeast of Pittsburgh - 7 Miles from Uniontown, PA)

Who: This one is going to be open to EVERYONE. That's right you minors that have been dying to attend one of these parties, this one's for you. 18+ welcome.

RSVP's are not confirmed until Furshizzle has received the payment via mail or paypal. If you have been wanting to attend and haven't yet, do not delay. If you have come before, well you know the drill and Furshizzle knows you won't want to miss out on this one either.

The Resort

We have rented out the whole 8600 sq foot resort that sits on 23 acres.

Note: Pets are not allowed on the property.

Semi Private Rooms

Sleeps 4 people ( 2 queen size beds ):

These will be assigned on a first paid/ RSVP'ed basis.

Queen Size Couches, & Floor Mattresses

Sleeps 2 people:

These are the next to fill up after all the semi-private rooms are paid for.

After 90 people the rest of you...

You will have the option of bringing a sleeping bag, or bringing tents it's up to you... heck there's plenty of floor space inside no sense in sleeping on the ground outside.

Payment

Payment can be made to Furshizzle 2 different ways.

Send me a check or money order. (PM me for the address)
Shiz and Llamakins have worked out a way to pay via Google Checkout. There is *NO* fee associated this (unlike the $5 fee when paying with paypal), and it is $100 flat.

Since Google doesn't let you leave notes, PLEASE send Shiz an email (pirateparty *at* yahoo point com) so she can know who actually paid! Make sure you note your google account/email so she knows who to line up payments.

Also, Furshizzle has given everyone who paid with PayPal a *FULL* refund, so if you got your payment in through PayPal, you will have to pay again with Google. (Make sure to verify that it's back in your account before repaying, but she had to refund everyone).

Once you have paid that's it, no refunds.

Costs

How much will it cost: $100 per person, no matter where you sleep, no matter HOW many days you want to come, period $100 each.

What is included in your payment?

Your sleeping area
2 meals a day. ( Light Cont. Breakfast & Late Lunch/ Dinner Pizza)
Use of the resorts equipment/ facilities
All the pirate mates and cards you can stand.

What should you bring?

This is BYOB, so if you want to drink it, bring it.
Sleeping gear (pillows, sheets)
Snacks if you want them, we have use of 5 fullsized fridges, and a x-large grill, as well as a full sized kitchen
Toiletries and towels for bathing, swimming and hot tubbing. Showers are required before using the hot tub.(Resort Policy)
Cameras, video equipment
Every person that comes is required to bring a "piratey themed" item to be auctioned off - This item can be about anything, so long as it is a pirate theme. Some ideas are:
Original pirate art, signed by the pirate that made it.
A pirate hat
Cookies made into skull and crossbones
Pirate Lego set
Basically what I'm saying is it can be made, created, or bought - the sky is the limit, but there's no reason for this to be an expensive costing item. The PoE made by these items will go to paying for the weekend. I know not all of you know me in real life, and this may sound a little fishy to you. I am pretty sure anyone that has met me in real life will stand-up and say I don't make money off planning this or any of the parties I put together.

Anyone that has been to any of my other parties knows I tend to not plan a lot because...Well, we end up talking, drinking and playing cards too much to really DO much else <.< , but be sure you'll stay entertained for the weekend!
