Starfleet was founded on 26 September 2005. It was the first crew, after the founding crews, to join the flag Hardcore Explorers. The crew left Hardcore Explorers in early 2007 for a few months and joined Hell's Wrath. Around May 2007, Starfleet rejoined Hardcore Explorers, a move which ultimately caused Senior Officer Harpa to leave the crew. On July 6, 2007, Picard decided to merge Starfleet with Hardcore Sea Ravers.
Public Statement
Sage, the final frontier. These are the voyagers of the Gull archipelago. Our continuing mission: to explore strange new worlds, to seek out new life and new civilizations, to boldly go where no one has gone before.

Welcome to Starfleet! :( Goodbye Harpa, this crew will not be the same without you!
Rules
- 1. Just remember this is a game, so I don't want anyone swearing. Anyone caught swearing will be planked and/or expelled.
- 2. I do not like crew who don't work, anyone not working when asked will be dealt with.
- 3. Permission to board (PTB) is not required in this crew, but nevertheless is it polite to ask anyway. The last thing an officer wants when they are trying to mem or train someone is crew jumping on and off the ship.
- 4. Don't bother asking me to join the crew as a full member when we are at sea, all questions should be asked at a port.
- 5. I will decide when the booty gets split, people asking to port at the next stop will have their pay docked.
- 7. Any officer taking a ship out will be responsible for the restocking of that ship.
- 8. Ships will not be left at uninhabited islands unless they are your own.
- 10. Senior officers can take out Sloops, Cutters, Brigs, and Frigs (As long as there is more than one officer on a Frig.)
- 11. Remember, the Captain is always right (hee hee)
- 12. If the Captain is ever wrong, refer to rule 11
Promotion
- 1. To be a Cabin crew all you have to do is apply for full membership.
- 2. You can be a pirate when you have broads in carp, bilge, and sails, distinguished or better, and narrow in guns, distinguished or better. You will need a pirate badge.
- 3. To be officer, you must have been a pirate for a while and HAVE 4 BROAD AND 1 NARROW IN YOUR PIRACY STATS (broad in guns and duty navigating required). Also, there should be the Standing of Respected in those 4 broad categories. The rank of Officer is only bestowed upon those who are willing to train in the art of running a ship, they will be made Fleet Officer as soon as training is complete. The training in Starfleet is thorough.
- 4. To be Fleet Officer, you must have passed officer training and have proved that you can take a ship out on your own.
- 5, To be Senior Officer, I must trust ye implicitly. A Senior officer is someone who has contributed heavily to the well-being of the crew. Also by now, your stats should be well along, so I would like to see a good range of stats, and my decision will go from there. You must also hold a job in the Starfleet crew structure
