People in the crew must now use PTB ( PTB= Permission to Board)

You May Not Be Promoted Unless You Ok With Captain, Anyone Breaking My Trust By Stealing Or Anything Else, She/he Will Be Dismissed From The Crew Permantly.

You Will Get Officer Rank Highest Anything Higher You Will Have To Earn It.

To Be Promoted To A Higher Than An Officer You Have To Have An Amount Of Skill Checked By The Captain/And Or A Ship.

To be officer ye need 4 broads under the piracy skills and/or if they have a ship too.

FO and SO's are only picked by the captain can must have a requirement of Trust by the captain and must be reliable.

Promotion Requirements

Cabin person: No such thing in crew.

Pirate: Every new comer with less than 3 Broads under piracy skills.

Officer: Have the stats of at least Broad in at least 3 of the Piracy skills.

Fleet officer: Be trustworthy (will likely mean being an Officer for a while first) and have the stats of at least broad in at least 5 of the Piracy Skills

Senior officer: Be in crew a while, have the stats similar to Fleet officer and BE very trustworthy.
