Welcome to East India Trading Co!
The crew colors currently are maroon and white! Rank Requirements! Carousing Skills do not earn you ranks. Skills under Piracy are the ones that matter with the exception of sword fight, rumble, and treasure haul.
- Pirate: You will always be joined as a pirate. There will be no cabin persons in the crew, except as a punishment.
- Officer: You need at least 3 broads in sails, rigging, carp or bilge. 2 Distinguished in one of those and narrow in duty nav. If you do not know how to start/run pillage, please contact any SO or FO to help you out. Almost EVERY officer will be recieveing officer training to become an Officer.
- Fleet Officer: All officer requirements, ample time spent within the crew, and most importantly a fair amount of pillages run within the crew. I'd like to see Broad/Distinguished battle navigation to highlight that trait.
- Senior Officer: Never ask to be senior officer. If I have seen you have shown a lot of work and input toward the crew, you will be considered by me and other current SOs. I will not apponit more than 9 SOs so don't ask for the promotion.
