Rapportus is a former prince of The Eye and captain of The Salty Mouthfuls. He landed in the Puzzle Pirates universe on the Hunter Ocean in July 2006. He was promoted from lord to prince of the flag on March 29th, 2007. On April 26th, 2007, he was promoted to captain of his crew by Fjord, becoming the 5th captain of The Salty Mouthfuls. In June 2007, he was made Governor of Sayers Rock. He also simultaneously governed Aimuari Island on Hunter for two months, until October 2007 when both islands were lost to Barnabas the Pale (Sayers Rock) and Beyond the veil (Aimuari). He currently owns the Tipsy Gypsy Inn on Sayers Rock, as well as Rest Inn Peace on Aimuari Island. He is well known for his Gunnery prowess, including top-10 finishes at several Gunnery bakeoffs. He's also a skilled Rumbler, consistently in or near the top 10 in Rumble on Hunter. In addition, he has won awards in many types of bakeoffs across all oceans. (see below)
Rapportus has a character on every ocean with the same name. He has held the #1 spot in Gunnery on Hunter, Cobalt, Sage, and Opal, and the #1 spot in Carpentry, Treasure Haul, Blacksmithing, Hearts, Poker, Distilling and Shipwrightery on Hunter. He earned his Omnis-Ultimate of Ultimates trophy by achieving the rank of ultimate in Treasure Drop, his 16th ultimate, on March 19th, 2007. He currently is working on the Omnis trophy on the Malachite Ocean.

- Won his ninth familiar, a tan octopus, on Hunter in an Impromptu Sailing Bakeoff on June 28, 2008
- Won his tenth familiar, a tan/magenta parrot, on Malachite in an Oceanwide Race on June 28, 2008
- Won a total of 9 tan familiars and 5 colored familiars in the Festival of Piracy in August 2008, bringing his total to 24 (Results below)
- Won his twenty-fifth familiar, a black/purple parrot, on Viridian in a Bilging Bakeoff on January 31, 2009.
