The Doctor's Office was an upgraded apothecary on Turtle Island. The Ringers built the shoppe at the launch of the Cerulean Ocean.
It was auctioned off in an early round of shoppe auctions and was won by IM-SIC[1], a consortium of pirate investors led by Aerosol. IM-SIC held the shoppe for a number of months.
Later, the deed was held by Scupperer in late 2004 or early 2005. Scupperer held the shop hostage [2] along with Red Rum on Gaea Island. Scupperer threatened to allow the shop to crumble unless he received a 1,000,000 PoE ransom. Ten days into the hostage crisis, The Doctor's Office was rescued by an unnamed party, and has since then led a quiet, unobtrusive existence in its quiet little corner on Turtle.
