Prior to the ocean merge in early 2012, the building was located on the Viridian Ocean.
The building was formerly owned, and was placed by the governor of the island at the time, Calais. This is one of the seven Suicide King Memorial Shoppes placed by Calais during his reign as Terra's governor. While on Viridian, the building was also formerly owned by Scamper.
