Officer- At least Renowned in either:gunning,sail,carp or bilge,Know how to Pilly(restocking,B-nav etc),and stay in crew for 2 weeks
Fleet Officer- Trusted by all officers not to rob vessels or to abandon ships at sea or leaving them at uncolonized island(unless foraging) Must stay for at least 4 weeks
Senior Officer- Trusted by EVERYONE and to set good example to lead
