Crew Info

Endurance is the former and twice renamed Kaliakra crew, in which Gulfstream has returned as Captain to keep experience, delivering and contributing to the YPP Joyful imagination, Mastership, Intuition and Gratitude. He keeps enduring all kinds of impudence and ignorance by reminding to his friends and enemies how to manage a successful crew as he did with UEFA Champions League.

Since the end of Aug 2022 the crew has entered a new dimension, in which all retired, semi-retired, drama tired, current or former Captains or Officers may join by being recruited, by crew merging into Endurance or by commanding their crews under the Red Legacy banner.

HIERARCHY LEVELS

Purpose

• To avoid poor communication.
• To prevent issues between officers.
• To save time.
• To prevent losses.
• To achieve good group results within personal enjoyment.

Features

• Based mainly on battling management abilities & objectively connected to the game’s given crew titles.
• Applies to all crew activities at sea or land, while there is no sea engagements.
• Permanently valid to all crew members, while the flag has real active war.
• Disobedience of a single given order must be reported to the Captain with provided screenshots, without further discussions between pirates.
• Disobedience to a higher level crew member leads to demotion by 1 rank level.
• Disobedience to a higher red level crew member leads to demotion by 2 rank levels.
• Disobedience during real active war leads to additional 1 rank level of demotion, and if there is no lower rank, could mean expulsion.

Clarification

Gulfstream’s Chain of Command from 1. to 33. applies to all crew activities at sea or land, while there is no sea engagements. After a crew ship enters any sinking environment, sea battle or blockade, the shown battling state order becomes active to her.
