El Mercado Libre was a flag on the Sage Ocean. It was founded on December 25, 2005.
Public Statement
Throughout the age of piracy, blood and gold has been the quest of roving bands of adventurous souls plying the high seas. Wether it's gained by trade or by taking the booty of those who get in our way, blood and gold continues to be the object of our quest. Spaniel island be our haven, Sage Ocean our playground.

History
On Febuary 6, 2006, Spaniel Island was sold to El mercado Libre by The Light Brigade. The deal included defense help from The Light Brigade for a few months, and in return Spaniel Island would be returned to The Light Brigade if El Mercado Libre ever decided to disband. The two flags defended Spaniel Island against Imperial Empire the next weekend. On May 1, 2006, Spaniel Island was transferred to Hell's Wrath, The Light Brigade's successor. [1]
