Berthier
Berthier is a pirate created on the 14th July, 2007. On the Sage Ocean she is a fleet officer and gunner of the crew Blazing Angels. On Hunter, she is an independent pirate.

History
Sage
Berthier registered on the 14/07/07. She joined the fine crew Omniessence, 1 day after it was made, after being approached by its captain Everlastingz (Codename Z) while swordfighting a bot on the docks of Wensleydale, and instantly promoted to pirate. Since then she began training to become an officer, and her stats rose mediocrely.
Her friend Kleenex then made a crew, and Berthier left Omniessence to join Eternal Inferno. She was promoted by Kleenex to senior officer and damsel. However, Captain Dettol of The Editors merged Eternal Inferno with The Editors, but as Berthier was the only one online for some reason only she and Eternal Inferno's ships got transferred.
Berthier then moved to Dream Catchers, for 'training' as she called it, to get her stats up. She then returned back to her friends from The Editors, but since The Editors had merged into another crew and Krynda had made another crew, she joined Impending Chaos. After some strange events, she finished as a senior officer.
After that Berthier's connection went bad and as she had to go to school in real life she didn't log on to Puzzle Pirates at all. However, when she did (A few weeks later) she found that Impending Chaos had been renamed to Menacing Elves.
About a month later, at the end of March, Berthier jobbed for a pillage for Silent but Deadly, gunning. She found the bnaver, Scrubbs, (who was also the current captain for the crew, filling in for the original captain Wiking), used guns a lot, which was to her liking. The pillage was a success and she got a reasonable amount of poe. However, rather then join the crew Berthier heartied Scrubbs so that he could tell her when a pillage was on.
A bit later, Scrubbs invited her to his crew. Berthier said she wanted to, but she'd ask her captain first (because last time she left when no one was on and she didn't want to betray her crew again). The next day she asked Krynda if she minded her leaving, and Krynda said she could go.
So she waited a couple of days before Scrubbs logged on, and then he was having lag problems and couldn't join her up. But eventually she joined the crew and became officer.
However, soon there was tension in the crew between Jhazzi and Berthier, Jhazzi actually going so far as posting an issue and leaving. Berthier didn't realise that she had posted an issue at first, and it hurt so much when she read it that she too left. She then saved up money (mainly by pokering) and created a crew called Daydreaming Killers. However, she then demoted herself to Cabin Person. Realising what position that put her in, unable to do anything, she then abandoned her crew.
Eventually she got 10 doubloons again and created a new crew once her friend Betti had logged on. This one she named "Quietly Dangerous". Her friend Betti joined as SO. She also persuaded her friend Rumsundae to put an alt into the crew. Rumsundae used an alt called Piety - who had a war brig on her pirate which Rumsundae was unaware of. Berthier bought a new labor badge and started using the WB as a foraging ship.
She then bought a new bravery badge. She went on a SMH and found her friend Godforsaken was XOing. On the second SMH she went on with that crew, she let her alt Bertoot be captain of Quietly Dangerous, and joined Blazing Angels mainly so that she could be an officer on their SMHs. She was promoted to fleet officer on her second day.
Hunter
Berthier created another Berthier on the ocean Hunter, on 20/07/07. She began training it the next day.
Pets
Berthier named both of her rats Cat. The one on Sage is black and the one on Hunter is brown.
