History
- On Viridian
Prior to the ocean merge in early 2012, the building was located on the Viridian Ocean. It was constructed in November 2005, and was formerly owned by Fushie. The building was later owned by Guantanamo, Monlizzy and Qvintvs.
- On Meridian
Following the ocean merge in early 2012, the building was moved to the newly-formed Meridian Ocean, where it is currently owned by Mcgillicutti.
