Welcome to Adventure Galley - named after the 34 gun ship of Captain Kidd. Kidd was a privateer, who took pride in personally selecting the crew, choosing only those he deemed to be the best and most loyal. We are a fun-loving and mature crew that likes to Kidd around in the well established flag of Static Before the Storm.

About Adventure Galley
Adventure Galley was formed in mid-November 2008 as an offshoot of The Flying Dutchmen by two FD senior officers who were looking for a more active pirating life, and a chance to run their own crew.
In keeping with the pirate ship theme, the crew was named after the 34 gun ship of Captain Kidd. Kidd was a privateer, who took pride in personally selecting the crew, choosing only those he deemed to be the best and most loyal. Adventure Galley is a fun-loving and mature crew that likes to Kidd around in the well established Flying Dutchmen flag. Adventure Galley focus on building up an active crew through pillaging, training, trading, games of skill, and jokes about Yarr's mum and Dread's stench.
Crew news
- On 1 December 2008, Adventure Galley reached eminent fame, earning them 54th place on the top crews page.
- On 4 December 2008, Adventure Galley broke in to the top 40 crews (although they were in 40th...)!
- On 8 December 2008, Adventure Galley continued to rise, and made it in to the top 30 crews on Cobalt, reaching 28th.
- At the beginning of March 2009, Adventure Galley left the Flying Dutchmen flag.
- On 8 March 2009, Adventure Galley joined the Static Before the Storm flag.
Our (Low) Standards
If ye wish to be a part of our crew, we do have standards to be met. Unfortunately, Dreadopus lower these standards, so most pirates are OK!
- Crew colors are blue with yellow trim, crew and especially officers are encouraged to wear these colors.
- Be respectful of other pirates.
- Working at our crew stalls is highly encouraged. A list of crew owned stalls is below.
- Please ask for PTB (permission to board) before joining a crew ship.
- Please greet other members and feel free to role play your pirate.
- And above all have fun!!!

We currently have several number of stalls that are owned and managed by the crew. We wish to support our stall owners, and so we strongly encourage all subscribed crew to help with the labour at our stalls and to purchase from them when possible.
