Southern RedNecks is a crew on the Sage Ocean and was founded by Arigon on June 26, 2009.

Rankings

Cabin Person-
This is only used as a punishment and will only be given out if any of the rules are broken.

Pirate-
This is the starting rank for all members.

Officer-
You must have 3 Broad Skills in either ( Rigging, Sailing, Carp, and/or Bilge) and 2 Distinguished in any of those skills. You must also have Narrow Duty Navigation. If you do not know how to run a pillage please contact an SO or FO before running your pillage.

Fleet Officer-
No one starts out as a Fleet Officer. You must spend a minimum 2 weeks in the crew and earn the trust of the captain and all the Senior Officer's. You must also have Broad/Distinguished in Both Battle Navigation and Duty Navigation along with all the Officer requirements.

Senior Officer-
This rank is not given out very often. You must have the captain's COMPLETE trust and the COMPLETE trust of all the Senior Officers. There are only 5 Senior Officer spots open. You have to show that you can help the crew. Please do not ask for this rank.

Rules

These are our rules to live by if you disobey anyone of these rules you will get demoted to cabin person for 1 week.

1. Please be kind and curtious to all of your jobbers And definitely your superior officers.

2. Please if you use an unlocked Ship for a pilly, make sure you stock it back up at the end to the owners stock requirements.

3. If you leave a vessel unlock. It will most likely get used by the crew so do not complain if it does get used. If you want it left in a specific arch, please say so on the officer bulliton.

4. If you steal from ships you will get reported and expelled. We do not joke around about that.
