Crew is back, but not friendly anymore!
Promotion requirements
- Cabin person: Ye can earn this rank if ye do something stupid, otherwise ye shouldn't be cabin.
- Pirate: Have Master+ in Gunning or I make exceptions. Let any SO know when you are ready to be promoted.
- Officer: This is great opportunity to learn how to battle navigate and lead pillages! Requires 2 Respected, 2 masters and 4 broads+ in carpentry, bilging, guns and sailing. Look, you don't need to be good to gain this rank, so take your chance! (If ye just joined crew, ye need to wait at least 1 DAY to get promotion. Almost no exceptions!)
- Fleet Officer (FO): Ready to be fleet officer?! If so don't ask me, rather, work hard! I will know when to promote ye my self, but to have an idea of what I'm looking for... First you need to learn to run good pillages and bnav well, that means yu need to be at least Master in bnav (later this rank will go up to Renowned so don't waste time)
- Senior Officer (SO): Shooting for SO rank? Good idea, but heck this will be hard. You have to make one friend, and that is me, the captain. I need to know I can count on ye and you wont let me down. After all, I wont look much for status but loyalty is extremely needed!
(Note mates, what happened before stays there. So if you got promoted before and yet don't reach the standards now you will not be demoted, but it's highly advised you work hard! Good luck.)

- During a pillage:
- Do not laze about
- Achieve at least a fine on the duty report
- Team, team, team! You must team, or you will have a difficult time with officers and also lose time and PoE.
- Do not leave during battle unless you receive permission.
