- Pirate: This is the starting rank for this crew.
- Officer: 2 solid skills and ability to run a pilly
- Fleet Officer(FO): 3 solid skills, 2 broad skills, trust of the Capt. and crew and a deed to a ship
- Senior Officer(SO): 4 solids skills, 2 broad skills, trust of crew deed to a ship and Capt.'s Trust.
Crew titles will be given on request and if I see a pirate excel at a skill I may give ye a title. :)
