Miquell

Miquell was captain and bilge rat of the crew The Giant Storm. He is an admiral in the Dragon's Nest Navy in the Jade Archipelago and sails the Viridian Ocean.
This pirate has allegedly been banned from the game as of September 16th, 2006. The day before he created his own crew, he was king of the flag paradise (which has been disbanded because there wasn't a monarch to lead it) but some other pirates didn't like that and made claims to the Ocean Masters that Miquell had hacked others to steal their PoE.
