Miquell was captain and bilge rat of the crew The Giant Storm. He is an admiral in the Dragon's Nest Navy in the Jade Archipelago and sails the Viridian Ocean.
This pirate has been banned from the game as of September 16th, 2006. The day before he created his own crew, he was king of the flag paradise (which has been disbanded because there wasn't a monarch to lead it).
