Public Statement
Background
Silent eyes in the world of man, observing with remorse and saddness the chaos and destruction that occurs. Though from the ashes of the fallen rise the valiant heros of the future. With little regard for the concept of time, the Valkyries Of Viridian slowly build their forces for a future battle against injustice and the dishonorable.
A soul that does not struggle, is a soul that is not tempered. It is this belief that may cause others to view the merit system of the Valkyries Of Viridian as elitist in nature. Though much can be said for one who seeks to constantly gain experience and knowledge for the benefit of their beliefs.
Joining The Flag
We expect all crews who are part of our flag to conduct their behavior honorably and respectfully. We will not tollerate unprecedented malicious actions against others. Anyone who feels they have been treated unfairly by a crew within our flag should bring it to the attention of our Royalty.
Royalty positions will only be granted to individuals who maintain a score of 110 or higher using the Valkyrie crew ranking system, and only after they have proven their devotion to the flag. Position of royalty is reserved for the Captain or primary contact in the crew. Until they are able to prove their devotion to the flag, and obtain the appropiate stats ranking, they will rest as an additional titled member.
Each crew under our flag will be assigned one initial titled member, and then another additional titled member for every 50 members of their crew.
Alliances
We do not accept alliances lightly. We view an alliance as a sacred bond between two groups of Royalty. We will not accept any alliance that has not presented us with communications about their reasons for having us as allies.
We expect that crews of allied flags will not attack or be attacked by one another. An alliance should be beneficial for both sides, providing help to one another when the needs arises. Such needs include the protection of an island or shop, assisting in jobbing for, or helping to obtain jobbers for defending blockades, and other simular situations.
If at any time two allies are blockading against one another, we will remain neutral, by not helping or assisting either ally. Viewing this as a dispute they will need to work out on their own.
