Time for some community service, hunters. Captain Sinkbeard requires the aid of an expert carpenter to help seal a hole that's been left unattended for quite some time. Sadly, the Captain's stock of carpentry wood is rather...awkward. And considering his booty chest isn't overflowing with PoE, Sinkbeard would like to use the least number of pieces possible. Here's the problem...
Captain Sinkbeard will not put a time limit on solving the puzzle. However, he will only except the first 40 entries.
Below, are the shapes available to fill the hole. You may use any number of each piece, but you can only use these shapes. All carpentry rules apply, except the grain bonus.
You'll likely need to draw or use some digital graphics program to do this puzzle...perhaps print, draw, scan, host? It won't be easy. But MOST IMPORTANTLY, when you're placing pieces be sure to mark one dot somewhere on the center of the piece (or as near as you can guess it).

Solution
- 15 Piece masterpiece.
- Before anyone discusses the nature of what is "most efficient", please read the post carefully, as it is mentioned all rules apply sans grain bonus. As grain bonus is a scoring bonus, the "rules" mentioned in the same sentence are also in regards to "scoring"...and in the Y!PP puzzle of carpentry, a masterpiece scores higher than not.
