South Emerald Company is a crew on the Emerald Ocean.
History
Founded on the First Day of the Year MMXXII by the sister and brother pair Fourtuna and Zephiris, the South Emerald Company was conceived for purpose of effective forage without needing its founders to abandon their current crew and flag affiliations. It also served as a proof-of-concept crew to test whether an entire crew could remain fully functional with only a senior officer badge under oligarchic rule.

The South Emerald Company, established by orders of Her Imperial Majesty on the First Day of the Year MMXXII through an imperial charter, is a trading company tasked with extracting the riches from a region officially designated as Emerald Ocean, where Imperial authority is limited to just a few, frequently-besieged outposts.

Our main focus is foraging, which is operated on an effectively skeleton crew, in a politically neutral setting, to the benefit of avoiding the drama that our more prestigious personalities may incur.

Cabin Person: No requirements. By request only.
Pirate: No requirements. Default on admittance. (Note: As per Crew Booty Share policy, at highest share payout.)
Officer: No requirements. By request or given to Fleet Officers after prolonged dormancy. (Note: Not designated as default position due to low share payout as per Crew Booty Share policy.)
Fleet Officer: On approval after serving and remaining active for 2 or more consecutive months, dependent on the trust of fellow fleet officers.
Senior Officer/Captain: As per crew design, the seats of Senior Officerhood and Captaincy are considered analogous, and are exclusively held by only the Plenipotentiary of the crew. Not subject to change without an internal or external coup.
