Shipwrighter's Guide to the Galaxy is an upgraded shipyard on Admiral Island on the Emerald Ocean. Previously known as Brig Back Mountain it was renamed by Blackheart under the governance of Ptolemy, who was kind enough to fund the rename out of palace coffers, seeing as the new name was, in the eyes of Ptolemy and Blackheart, much preferable.
The name is a reference to The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, keeping with the movie themed naming scheme of Admiral Island.
