History
The Ship of Fools was created by Lightbringer long before many of the current crewmates existed. It was handed over to Ronah in September 2007 during a period of flux, when most of the original members left and Lightbringer announced his retirement from the ocean. After a few months, a few hearties left their previous crew to help rebuild the Ship of Fools, and Mishka, Psyyche, and Tengauge joined Ronah and Madmaeve to start a renaissance of good times.
Status
Ship of Fools is a casual crew mostly comprised of shop owners and merchants.
The shipyard
Ship of Fools maintains Watership Down, now the only shipyard on Olive Island. Ronah acquired the deed to the shop from Lightbringer upon his retirement, and the crew proudly continues to serve the ocean by providing an open business where any mates can walk in and order any type of ship from the desk. The management tries to always keep large amounts of stock on hand to fulfill orders for large ships.
