Ronah

Verona Gatling, known informally as Ronah, is the captain of the Ship of Fools and king of the flag Scarlet Masquerade (formerly Don't Tread on Me). He got a crash course in leadership from the former captain and king Lightbringer, and has held the crew together in his stead with much help from friends Gooblenka, Psyyche, and Tengauge. Ronah spends his days tooling about the Cobalt Ocean, engaged in idle flights of fancy when he's not feeding commodities to Watership Down.
His prized posession is a sloop renamed after the Senior's yacht in the novel Time Enough for Love by Robert Heinlein.
