Biography
Shadowlost (or Shadow, as he is also known) began his Midnight journey in the crew Roustabouts, under the now dormant flag, Unity. He stayed there under the command of Kbhunter for several months, rising to the rank of officer, before moving on to different things.
Upon leaving the Roustabouts, Shadow joined the Klingon Warriors, under Kahless. It was here that he truly began to come into his own as a player, and it was where he would forge friendships that would benefit him for a long time to come. It was here that he began a long relationship with the pirates that ran the shipwrightery shoppe, Sloop Du Jour, on Guava Island.
After a few interesting months with the Klingons, which included a twenty thousand PoE gift from an old captain, the learning of the Klingon language, and an unsuccessful stall, Shadow grew tired of some of the politics involved with it, and wished to strike out on his own. After talking with Haeema, he decided to join Curs of the Black Pearl, which was then of the flag The Jolly Company (TJC).
Curs of the Black Pearl soon left TJC, and proceeded to join the crew Heavens Aligned (HA). With both the Curs and HA, Shadow forged friendships that he still values today. Curs of the Black Pearl was his home for a few months, and he rose to the level of officer once more. After a few months in HA, the Curs left it, leaving Shadow an excellent opportunity to truly strike out on his own.
On December 11, 2005, Shadowlost created the crew, Shadow Walkers. He was soon joined by old friends, Exquisite (from the Klingon Warriors) and Calamarie (his Spades partner), as well as a new friend, Aquakitty. These three would become his senior officers. He was also joined by old friends Divinebeauty (from Curs of the Black Pearl), Vendstead (from Klingon Warriors), and his new friend Dresdin. They would be some of his fleet officers.
The Shadow Walkers would join with Heavens Aligned, but leave after two months, citing problems with activity. Shadowlost, along with Aquakitty, Calamarie and Eleniel, created the flag Twisted Fate. The Shadow Walkers and Harsh Nature were the two founding crews, both of which were formally of HA.
In the May of 2006, Shadowlost sought to strike out his own path, and along with Toren, and Nascentes Morimur, he broke off from Twisted Fate, and formed the Black Jack Brigands, based on the ideals that a flag can function without a monarch's grab for total power.
In August, 2006, Shadowlost's Shadow Walkers, as well as Aliasalfa's Brigands of Fate, merged with Nascentes Morimur, to form a larger, stronger crew that was capable of better things. However, Shadowlost, as well as the rest of the royalty of the flag, knew that The Black Jack Brigands were still dying, so later that month the flag merged back into Twisted Fate to be with old friends, as well as seek new opportunities.
In December, 2006, Shadowlost left Nascentes Morimur over issues with crew politics, taking recent migrants to Midnight, Dabombca and Pirateracer with him to form the crew, Shadow Racers. Shadowlost became a senior officer of the Shadow Racers, under the flag Twisted Fate.
