Created on 7/9/07 we will comand and conqur the sea... if u would like your crew to join.. look below!! All captain's may have themselves or a Senior Officer as a royal. Addition of 3 titled members can be given out to any FOs, SOs, or Captains. Titled members are enabled to come to royal meetings and speak for their crew in the case (even not in the case) that a royal from the crew is unable to attend.
