Sea Flat is a shipyard bazaar on Celesta Isle of the Meridian Ocean. Its name is a pun on the musical note C♭, pronounced "cee-flat" - it is a semitone below C, and is usually known as B♮ ("bee-natural").
History
Prior to the ocean merge in early 2012, the building was located on the Malachite Ocean, where it had previously been owned by Bunnyspawn.
