Ozzy is a pirate on the Hunter Ocean.
He is often found on pillages, Sea Monster Hunts, flotillas and blockades but spends most of his time playing poker and talking (or docktarting) to others around Quetzal Island docks.
He was a fleet officer of the crew The Mystery Fleet but is now independent.
Ozzy could also be found on his alternative character called Killers but that pirate has been deleted, although another pirate with the same name has been recreated.
