Ocean City was an uprising flag on the Sage Ocean with monarch Tinymexican and his royalty Dragonskeep. With these two meeting in the crew Lethal Ocean Legends, Tinymexican's and First Mate Soapi's gang of mysterious pirates plan soon to rise and rule the sea. This flag has been disbanded.
