Soapi

Soapi is a senior officer of the crew Lethal Ocean Legends on the Sage Ocean, and a petty officer in the Admiral Island navy in the Gull Archipelago.
His best skills are Rumble (grand-master) for piracy, poker (ultimate) for carousing and Weaving (master) for crafting.
